First of all, the transaction is managed completely remotely while I stayed in USA and not have to travel to India. My property is fully payed with Siddha (builder) along with legal and registration/ stamp duty fees however due to Covid situation registration was not done. Shantanu is connected via my broker and since then he able to get multiple prospective customers who is genuinely interested to buy the property.
